Purchases & Payments
Digital Products (eBooks, Audiobooks, Downloads)
- Digital products are delivered electronically after payment confirmation
- You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the content
- You may download files to your personal devices for private use
- Sharing login credentials or redistributing files is not permitted
Physical Products (Books, Merchandise)
- Prices include applicable taxes as displayed at checkout
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown before purchase
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery
Pricing
All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices, but any changes won't affect orders already placed.
Refunds & Returns
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, we generally cannot offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However:
- If you received a corrupted or wrong file, we'll fix it immediately
- If you accidentally purchased the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours
- If you're genuinely unhappy, tell us why—we're reasonable people
Physical Products
- Damaged items: Contact us within 14 days with photos; we'll replace or refund
- Wrong items: We'll send the correct item and arrange return of the wrong one at our expense
- Change of mind: EU customers have 14 days to return unopened items for a refund (you cover return shipping)
